Remote Monitor Kit

DataZen Engineering offers pre-engineered Remote Monitor Systems for Okuma CNC Machine Tools. This system allows for easy tool registration and Tool Offset setting via a remotely mounted 15" touchscreen terminal.

The Remote Monitor for ATC kit includes all components needed to install an external remote monitor on a robotic cell. 15" touchscreen monitor, VGA and USB cables, mounting hardware, and a USB flash drive containing touchscreen drivers are included with the kit.

For customers who need installation services, dataZen will also provides installation. Contact dataZen for an estimate or quote on the remote monitor kit, with or without installation services.

Included with this system is a full 10-key onscreen numeric keypad and Panel Mode Select application. These applications minimize setup time and ease interfacing with the tool pages, by providing access to panel mode selection and tool pages from the remote monitor. This allows for greater efficiency during tool changeover by eliminating the need for the operator to walk around the machine for tool setup. Customized software keyboards are available upon request.
