MacMan-Net 2010, developed by dataZen, is a new dimension in CNC monitoring: a web-based system that simplifies the monitoring of CNC Machines. MacMan-Net 2010 tool offers everything that the earlier versions included, and much more. Virtually all user requests have been implemented. Every aspect of the program has been overhauled and improved, without sacrificing familiarity and intuitive ease of use. MacMan-Net represents a true benefit for Okuma America customers.

MacMan-NET 2010 represents a major increase in the capabilities of the program over the MACMAN-NET 2007 version. New features include an easily accessible menu system, extensive reporting, quick links, overall equipment effectiveness (OEE), etc.

However, this does not mean that MACMAN-NET 2007 users will not feel at home. MacMan-Net 2010 maintains the familiar intuitive user interface, integrating all new functionality without overloading the interface. Moreover, MacMan-NET 2010 automatically migrates all data from MacMan-Net 2007 during the upgrtde process. Spanish-language support has also been added.

MacMan-Net 2010 leverages the power of the THINC API to support Okuma P-controls. Legacy control are still supported using the DNC-T3 option. Note: please check the latest release notes for these options at Okuma America Corporation's website.

Key new features include:

  • MacMan-Net Dashboard - displays the entire machine data collection. This includes current status, alarm history, machining and operating reports, etc.
  • Reports Compare - Reports have been redesigned so that reports may be viewed side-by-side.
  • Enhanced Machine Status display with detailed alerts based on machine control types
  • OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) tied to machine operations for running, operating times
  • Newly designed, user configurable MacMan-Net Notifier application runs in the system tray, keeping you informed about machine statuses.
  • P-Connector application for collecting data from P-controls leveraging THINC API
  • MacMan-Net Mobile for iPhone, BlackBerry, Android, and other mobile devices.
  • Built-in support for English and Spanish language.
