MIRA™ MTC Appliance
MIRA™ MTC Appliance is a low-cost hardware device that integrates with legacy CNC Machines to export MTConnect Compliant data for your existing machine monitoring system.
SUPPORTED DEVICES
Any device will be supported, as long as it provides 24VDC output signals. The stack light signals provide execution mode data, sufficient for basic monitoring, as well as OEE (Overall Equipment Effectiveness) calculations. The MIRA™ MTC Appliance will also be capable of integrating with up to 14 additional Boolean (on/off) signals, depending on the available CNC output signals.
MIRA™ Data Collector
Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is the key to return on investment in the manufacturing industry. Monitoring machine status and historical trends allows better management of resources, resulting in a more efficient use of equipment and higher spindle up time.
MIRA™ for Fanuc 30i
Our initial MIRA™ offering includes support for Fanuc 30i CNC controls. Whether operator-tended or lights-out operations, the MIRA™ data collection service enables better machine monitoring. A live machine status view allows you to view the state of every machine on your shop floor at once. See whether each machine is running, idle, or in an alarm condition. View the current part program name or alarm message for each machine.
