What we did together?
Part Program Loader
We developed Part Program Loader which is designed to interface with CNC controls. The Part Program Loader is equipped with a simple, easy to use interface and a monitoring service. The application allows administrator to control the part program that is used to generate parts and simplifies operator interface for selecting the assigned program. The application runs a background service which deletes any unauthorized part programs from the local part program directory (MD1) – CNC Edit lock operation. Administrator can also enable or disable USB port on the machine if required. Additionally, dataZen Software allows operator of CNC devices to change tool wear offsets remotely (outside the Robotic cage). Many cells are connected under gantry systems with industrial robots tending the lathes and milling operations.
